December Charity is Latimer House

Providing domestic violence and sexual assault services for anyone in Western Colorado including Mesa, Montrose, Delta and Ouray Counties. Latimer House offers emergency safe houses, advocacy, and 24 hour crisis lines.

For those needing help, their trained, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff members are there to assist those on the road to healing, recovery, personal growth, and empowerment. You are not alone.

In addition to monetary donations, Mesa County Women’s Network will be accepting gifts in kind for items needed at Latimer House. Please see their message to the public and wish list items below.

“Our 2021 Holiday Donation Wishlist

Many in our community reach out to us this time of year and ask how they are able to help the individuals affected by intimate partner violence and sexual assault this holiday season. Below is a list of the things we are most in need of – please note that we are only accepting new items and can not take used at this time. Call Abby Leinbach at (970) 241-0324 with any questions.

Thank you for your generosity and thinking of the Latimer House clients this holiday season.
